Barbara Palazzo brings more than 25 years of experience across healthcare, behavioral health, public health, and human services. Her expertise spans regulatory compliance, quality improvement, organizational oversight, risk management, and operational leadership.
Her experience as both a healthcare surveyor and a provider gives her a unique perspective on compliance. She understands how organizations are evaluated and the day-to-day challenges providers face in meeting those expectations. This dual perspective allows her to connect regulatory requirements with practical solutions that work in real care settings.
Barbara holds a Juris Doctor, adding a foundation in legal research, analysis, and interpretation to her healthcare experience. Her legal education strengthens her ability to examine complex regulatory requirements, assess organizational responsibilities, and assist providers in developing informed, well-supported compliance strategies.
Through C2C, Barbara partners with healthcare leaders to strengthen accountability, improve organizational performance, and support lasting compliance. Her work is grounded in the belief that stronger systems contribute to safer care, higher quality, and better outcomes for the people receiving services.
